It is the mission of Cedarvale Lanes and Fitz's Bar and Grill to provide
all our customers with a product which has value and consistent quality
delivered by excellent service in a pleasant, comfortable and fun atmosphere.
Cedarvale Bowl was built in 1979 as a 24 lane house. In 1980, eight lanes were added
to make our present 32. At the same time, automated scoring was added. The bar area
was originally one third its present size and named "The Spare Time Lounge".
In 1990, the bar was remodeled, tripled in size, and renamed to "Fitz's Bar and Grill".
The facility is 30,000 square feet and during the bowling season there are up to 60 leagues
with 3,200 bowlers and 65 employees serving them during the 16 hour day we are open. In
addition to the bowling operation, we have a full-line restaurant serving up to 120 people,
a banquet facility, a deck for summer use and an on-premises bowling pro shop.
